Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download Blister Pro from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up" to create your account with your email address or Google account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users get a free trial to experience all premium features. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.

Connecting Your Devices

How do I connect my Strava account?

Go to Settings → Connections → Strava, then authorize Blister Pro to access your Strava data. This allows us to sync your activities automatically.

Can I connect my Garmin device?

Yes! We support Garmin Connect integration. Go to Settings → Connections → Garmin to link your account and sync your activities, sleep data, and health metrics.

What about WHOOP integration?

WHOOP integration is available for premium users. Connect your WHOOP account to get recovery metrics, sleep analysis, and strain data integrated into your training insights.

Training Plans & AI Coaching

How does the AI training coach work?

Our AI analyzes your fitness data, goals, and performance to create personalized training recommendations. It adapts to your progress and provides real-time coaching during workouts.

What training plans are available?

We offer comprehensive training plans for marathons, half marathons, and triathlons, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Plans are 8-16 weeks long and include detailed weekly breakdowns.

Can I customize my training plan?

Absolutely! After saving a training plan to your calendar, you can edit any workout to fit your schedule, preferences, or specific training needs.

Subscription & Billing

What's included in the premium subscription?

Premium features include advanced AI training recommendations, personalized nutrition guidance, recovery optimization, race day strategy planning, and priority community access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your device's App Store or Google Play settings, or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team with your request, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues.

Data Sync & Technical Issues

My activities aren't syncing from Strava/Garmin

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account in Settings → Connections. Make sure you've granted all necessary permissions. If issues persist, contact support.

The app is running slowly or crashing

Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If problems continue, contact our support team.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check your device's notification settings for Blister Pro and ensure notifications are enabled. You can also adjust notification preferences in the app settings.

Community & Social Features

How do I find other athletes to follow?

Use the search feature to find athletes by name, or browse the community section to discover athletes with similar goals and interests.

Can I make my profile private?

Yes! Go to Settings → Privacy to control who can see your profile and activities. You can choose to keep your profile public, followers only, or completely private.
