Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blister mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Outdoor Engineering LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Blister is a fitness and training platform that provides:

• Activity tracking and performance analysis
• Training plan generation and management
• Race discovery and event management
• Social features for connecting with other athletes
• Premium coaching and training features

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Using the Service for personal fitness and training purposes
• Sharing your own content and achievements
• Connecting with other users through social features
• Accessing training plans and coaching features

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to transmit viruses or malicious code

Subscription Terms

Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a free trial period
• Trial duration and terms are subject to change
• You may cancel your trial at any time
• No charges will be made during the trial period

Premium Subscription

• Premium features require an active subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Payment information is handled securely by Stripe
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Access to premium features ends upon cancellation

User Content

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the content you upload or share

Content Guidelines

• Content must be accurate and truthful
• Content must not violate the rights of others
• Content must not be inappropriate or offensive
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines

Content License

By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
